It was odd, because I was getting weather from AS in the sim and in the IOS on the client, yet in the log there were lots of failure messages. I think the connection to the server was being flooded by attempts from ASP3D attempting to send weather. I believe the source of my lag was due to incorrect update for Hot Fix 1. It would be really fine if we get this Problem sorted out. That meand what Path exactly hast to be entered in Prosim Server for Active Sky but also what we have to set in the other settings in the WebIOS/IOS?
The Common Export Path Picture is in one of the last Posts. I add two screenshoths of the directories. The Problem is, that this file is NOT located in the Common Data Export Path of Active Sky.īUt for reading the ACTUAL Active Sky weather we need to point to the Directory where the file "current_wx_snapshot.txt" is located. When i point to the directory in Active Sky this file is located, then the Weather is displayed, but is that correct ? It would be better to understand what you did when you add pictures in the Post.just a suggestion.īut me, personally, for me it would be a good idea first to know the exact setting we have to do in Prosim Server and IOS for Active Sky Weather and forĪlso, as i wrote above, it seams the use of Active Sky Weather has something to do with the file "DownloadStations.dat", but i dont know what?
